What we collect

When you send the care consultation form we receive your name, phone number, email address if you give one, who the care is for, your town, the best time to call, and whether you agreed to text messages. We also record how you reached the site (for example the ad or search you came from) so we know which advertising works. Please do not send medical details through the form.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about the care you asked about. They are stored in our customer records system. We do not sell your information or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Text messages

If you tick the text message box, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of care.

Cookies and measurement

The site stores a small record in your browser of how you first arrived, for up to 90 days, so a later request can be matched to it. It may use Google tools to measure visits and ad results.
